Conference Scholarships

2023 Scholarship Application 

PAPRS is  pleased to announce that we again offer scholarships for the 2023 virtual conference, Psychiatric Rehabilitation: The Next Chapter.

For 2023, scholarships for the entire conference are available for individuals with lived experience who are in recovery.  We screen and prioritize applications to be sure that all areas of the state are represented, with priority to individuals who have not be granted a conference scholarship in recent past years. We will begin accepting applications on January 1, 2023.  Applications are due February 28, 2022.  Late applications will not be accepted.

​The Rita Cisneros Memorial Scholarship Fund​

This memorial scholarship honors the legacy and work of Rita Cisneros. Rita was an advocate from the Central Region of PA.  Rita had a passion and joy for advocating not only for the LGBTQI community and people of color, but for anyone suffering discrimination. Her warm and genuine presence could bring a room full of diverse people together in minutes.  She consistently celebrated the beauty of diversity in her life and shared it with others making a difference in many PA communities.

This general scholarship fund supports individuals with lived experience.
